3.2 Subscriptions

Our Membership options:
Students can access our digital products (online courses) by subscribing to one of our Memberships. Currently, we offer three membership options, the Starter ('Graphic Design Starter Bootcamp'), the Plus ('Access all our MasterClasses') and the Pro Membership (‘Access All Courses + Mentoring’). Each tier grands you access to specific courses, forums and additional content, that is listed in their info pages.

Starter Membership

Our entry level Membership gives access to our Graphic Design Starter Bootcamp program, and a Facebook closed group, called the Starter Community.

Plus Membership

The Plus (or 'Starter Plus') Membership grants access to all our MasterClass level major courses, everything that is in the Starter.

Pro Membership

The Pro Membership is our premium tier granting access to our entire course library.

In addition to that, in the Pro Membership, you also have:

  • Early access to YouTube tutorials + New Courses
  • Pro Member private Facebook community group
  • Access to downloadable guides and resources
  • Access to Creative projects with briefs
  • We provide two rounds of review and feedback per month, one via video feedback and one through our Pro Members Livestream. Usually, this feedback takes place every two weeks. We will notify of the deadline dates via email.
  • Pro Members have up to 6 project submission allowance per month. If you submit more than six designs, then we will review it the following month.
    • If your design is approved, the status will be set to read Approved, and the lesson will be marked complete
    • If Rejected, you will be able to make another submission for review.
Once you resubmit, and you follow our feedback and it meets the brief, then we may automatically approve it without giving further feedback!
    • Feedback will only be given to students who take part in our Creative Briefs. We may not be able to review personal work or any designs uploaded to the Facebook group.

You have unlimited access to the given courses and perks each Membership tier contains as long as your membership is active.

Retired Memberships and one-off course purchases

We retain the right to discontinue any Membership or purchase options. If you are in a Membership tier that is discontinued, you can still stay in it, but there will be no further changes make to their listings. (existing courses are always kept up to date regardless how you access them)

We retain the right to make changes to the names of these Memberships, the courses, and to what each of these Memberships grant access to. We cannot guarantee that all our pages are accurate and up to date to these changes. If you are unsure, please reach out to us by email.

Billing Cycle

The Membership fee for any of Memberships will be charged on a monthly or yearly basis according to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your membership until your membership is cancelled.

Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. In your Account section, you can see when the next term is due. You can access all the courses and content in your account till the end of the payment period, even if you cancel earlier. Due to the technical limits though, some of the emails may not be sent to you after the cancel, for our mailing system only can only track the fact of the cancellation and not the individual renewal dates. Because of this, if you wish to cancel, it’s best to set up a date in your calendar and cancel a day or two before the renewal.

Refund for Subscriptions

You may request a refund for the first billing cycle of the Membership you are in within 30 days of the initial purchase if you haven't watched more than 10% of any of the courses in the Membership  (except if that specific course you bought as a one-off purchase and not accessing through the Membership)

Cancellation:

You can cancel your any of your memberships at any time, and you will continue to have access to the content through the end of your monthly billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods. To cancel, go to the “Billing” page within your Account (top right corner), select ‘Cancel Membership’, and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

Trial Billing:

If there was a free trial for your membership, we will charge your Payment Method for your monthly membership fee at the end of the free trial period and your membership will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the free trial period.
