There is no shortage of inspiring stuff around us, it just takes a lot of time to collect them and especially to organize them. What if I told you that there is a tool that does all the organization automatically?

There are so many ways we consume information daily, but mostly it is by browsing the Internet or using social media apps. Everyone knows of ways to bookmark things they like, but the problem is that you can't help but ending up with several silos of unorganized bookmarks that most likely you won't ever find or see again.

I have been struggling with the same problem for a long time. I tried many other tools and sites to create a centralized library for all my bookmarked content, until I came across...

A tool that helps you save anything from anywhere effortlessly and makes it super easy to always find whatever you are looking for without spending any time organizing the things you saved.

It's not only an extremely smart tool, but also an aesthetically beautiful one, which is achieved by the creators' 3 core design principles:

"We believe software should stay out of the way and let you focus on what matters – which isn’t software." - mymind team

Everything you save to mymind turns into a card and depending on the source or content of the card it gets a unique formatting. Just take a look at a couple of examples below (unique formatting for books, albums, X.com posts, Wikipedia pages, Medium posts, quotes, products with price tags, IMDB links, etc.):

The invisible AI that knows what's in your (my)mind

You only have to worry about finding good stuff, the AI takes care of organizing everything for you. mymind's AI summary feature works incredibily well. Check out the example below of a cereal packaging design. The description and tags on the right side were all generated by mymind's AI and they are spot on. I am honestly impressed how well the AI understands everything you save.

In this cereal box example you can also see at the bottom left the Same Vibe feature, which allows you to quickly show cards from your library with similar style and aesthetics. This is another brilliant feature that helps you to connect the dots between references and examples you might not think to put side-by-side normally.

You can see how pretty much all cards picked below aligns with the original image in either colour theme, illustration style or type of design (packaging):

Who needs folders?

Another brilliant aspect of mymind is that you don't need to create folders to organize your cards. The search option is so good that there is no reason to divide up your library in any way and isolate your cards.

However if there are certain things that you want to check regulary, you can save them as a Smart Space. You can think of these as saved search results that are automatically curated as you are adding new cards to your library. Here is an example of a Space I created for logo design:

Peace of mind

Besides all of these awesome features, what I also love about mymind is that it is completely private. There are no social features, no tracking, no ads and no collaboration. It is really a safe virtual place only for you, where you can dump everything and anything without having to worry about anyone else ever seeing your cards.
