Drawing Symmetrical Shapes in Illustrator

Drawing shapes in Illustrator is an important skill for every designer. You can several tools that will help you to create all types of shapes, but it is not that straightforward how to draw symmetrical shapes. In this tutorial I’m going to present two different techniques. One of them is based on the Reflect tool and the other one is focused on using the Transform Live Effect. Both of these techniques will give you the same result, yet there are some differences in the two workflows. Let’s get started!
